1. What the service is

OmniSkin Folio ("the Service") is a free information and analytics tool for tracking a portfolio of in-game items ("skins") for CS2, Dota 2, Rust and TF2. It values items at publicly available marketplace prices and shows their current value, profit/loss (P&L) and price history. The Service is not a marketplace, broker, exchange, wallet, investment platform or financial adviser, and it never holds, trades or takes custody of your items. All trades are made by you personally on third-party platforms, at your own discretion and risk.

2. No guarantees

Prices are live market data and can change or become stale at any moment. Valuations and P&L are provided "as is", for information only, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose, and are not a promise of profit or investment advice. Always verify the actual quote on the marketplace before trading.

3. Account and Steam sign-in

Sign-in uses Steam OpenID: we never see or ask for your Steam password, and we never request the right to trade or move your items. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam. The Service is intended for adults (18+). You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe.

4. Free service

Tracking your portfolio value, P&L and price history is free (a free portfolio holds up to a set number of positions). There is no payment, subscription or internal balance on this Service.

5. Your data and positions

You add the positions you want to track (item, quantity, and optionally a buy price and date). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter; it is used only to compute your portfolio value and P&L. You can edit or delete your positions and portfolios at any time.

6. Public share links

You may create a read-only public link to a portfolio. Such a link shows only its composition, current value and relative P&L — never your buy prices, invested amount, dates or notes — and is marked non-indexable. Anyone with the link can view it until you delete the link.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for trading losses, actions of third-party marketplaces (bans, holds, fees, downtime), data inaccuracies or Service interruptions. The Service is provided free of charge and "as is".

8. Fair use

Scraping, resale or redistribution of the Service's data, attacks on the infrastructure and abuse of free limits are prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
